Precision Manufacturing

Our manufacturing capabilities cover precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, and testing. Our facilities include vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC turning machines, grinding machines, and superfinishing equipment.

We machine our main core components in-house, while sourcing selected standard blanks, bearings, and seals. In-house heat treatment and control of critical processes give us greater oversight of manufacturing quality and delivery schedules.

This close connection between engineering and production also allows us to implement design changes efficiently when products require customization or structural improvements.

Inspection & Testing

Reliable hydraulic products start with quality control throughout manufacturing.

We inspect incoming raw materials and purchased components, then monitor critical processes, key dimensions, and essential quality characteristics through first-piece, in-process, and final inspections. Before shipment, products undergo performance and operational testing to verify compliance with agreed specifications.

Our inspection capabilities include coordinate measurement (CMM), hardness testing, surface roughness measurement, metallographic analysis, and hydraulic performance testing.

Final inspection and test reports can be provided according to project requirements, supporting documented quality verification and traceability.
